All there is to do is simply rinse the headlights with water and then rub some of the headlight cleaning solution on the plastic with a cloth. The final step of the using headlight restoration kits is simply to remove the solution with a clean rag, much like waxing the car. What is the result? Crystal clear headlights - as they should be.
